I was born and raised in New Jersey. I started cooking & baking at a young age. Both of my parents are great cooks, so I would cook along side of them whenever I got the chance to. My family and I moved to Pennsylvania in 2006. I graduated from Easton Area High School in 2011. I attended Northampton Community College where I majored in Culinary Arts. Immediately after graduation in 2013, I landed my first job in the culinary industry. A few years later I relocated to New York where I've been working for majority of my career. I've worked in 5 star hotels, Michelin star restaurants,  bakeries, retail spaces & casinos. I've been fortunate to have worked along a few very talented chefs as well as gaining a ton of on the job experience. I specialize in cake decorating. My ultimate goal would be to own my own space one day and provide amazing custom cakes and scrumptious pastries.
